Check in / Check out

Check-in is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 10:00am.  Due to the large amount of cleaning between guests early check-in / late check-out can only be accommodated if vacant the night before.

House Rules

We expect guests to treat our home with respect.

• If something is broken or damaged during your stay, no worries––but please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair as soon as it happens.

• No street parking allowed.  This is a firm rule by our HOA and your vehicle may be towed if parked on the street in the neighborhood.  There is street parking available on Gulf Blvd if more than the allotted number of vehicles are needed.

• Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property (including drugs/internet).

• Please request our approval for visitors or overnight guests.

• No Parties.  

• No smoking anywhere on the property.

• Only guests ages 23+ are able to book our home.  

• Pets are welcome with a fee, but owner is responsible for any damages, extra cleaning fees, etc. Please clean up after your pet and no pets on the 3rd floor carpet.

• Help with the trash. If staying on trash day, please bring the cans out and/or back in (we’ll send a reminder).

• Quiet hours when other guests are staying on site (when whole house is not booked) - 11:00pm - 7:00am

Deposit & Cancellations

• 50% of total is due upon booking and the remainder 30 days prior to arrival

• Full refund minus 10% processing fee (covers credit card fees incurred by host) for cancellations up to 60 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 30 days before check-in. No refund after that.
