During the Pandemic we longed for a place on the beach to retreat. When our dream became reality we found others would pay big bucks for the same!
We couldn’t find any beach homes in our price range but our low offer was accepted after this house was hit by a hurricane and sustained major flood damage. With some luck, a lot of hard work, and the beautiful sand and waves nearby, the rental income in June & July pay the mortgage all year.
